In an ideal world, everything would always go perfectly… but reality is sometimes different!
A city (to whom we will leave the pleasure of making the announcement at the appropriate time) ordered 6 Sofao for its swimming pools (congratulations and thanks 
)
Several of these Sofao were delivered in an unacceptable condition due to poor handling by the carrier, with greasy black marks, wet cardboard in some places, and damaged floats.
In order for the Sofao chairs to be back to their original condition:
– a cleaning company (which did an exceptional job) was commissioned to clean everything
– damaged floats were replaced
