Mr. Lionel Carmant, Member of Parliament for Taillon in the National Assembly, and Minister responsible for Social Services, posted a video on social media of his participation in La marche qui roule (the walk that rolls) which was held during the Quebec Week for Persons with Disabilities.
He had the opportunity, during this one, to accompany a person in a Joëlette.
